about

The song is called South East Asia (First night) and is anothery from the session we did with Dan Luscombe at TFS in Fitzroy. It's a rocking guitar driven stomp with BVs courtesy of Ayleen O'Hanlon, Brooke Russell and Jemma Rowlands. On the b-side we have a duet between myself and Ayleen on the tracks Geisha Girl/Lost to a Geisha Girl. And the download section is a beaut this time around with an extra two tracks: Noel Coward's Bali (recitation by Mush Lawler - Pete's bro) and Shane Mcgowan's Sayonara (Ayleen on the lead vocals here). Also there's a nice big informative pdf with all the info from the sessions and some neat player profiles. In short folks it's a bumper PACKAGE that's yours whether you buy the vinyl or the download or just purchase it online.

Mick Thomas Melbourne, Australia

“Mick Thomas has some secret magic to his writing… he surely can write great songs that make you say “Why didn’t I think of that?” He writes about mates, ratbags, races, places, weddings, parties, funny stuff – anything – but they are really good stories and great songs.

Mick Thomas and his bands, notably ‘The Weddos’ or ‘The Roving Commission’ or MT himself are all something to behold
